Several members of the team recently participated in a review of our schematic design with members of the National Renewable Energy Laboratory (NREL) and the US Department of Energy (DoE) in Washington D.C. The session was a great success, with some really valuable feedback on our concepts, and an interesting glance at our fellow competitors. For those of us who have carried on from 2009, it was also really nice to be back in the city, and see some familiar faces. For all the newbies on our team, I think they also enjoyed a sneak peak at things to come. Special thanks to the competition organizers and event sponsors, including Schneider Electric, and the National Science Foundation for providing the Team with a flip cam to document the project.
